Full job description
Join our team as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist and provide skilled evaluation and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility in Prophetstown, IL. A recruiter will reach out with more details.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
- Active Illinois SLP license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
- Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment, including instrumental assessments (e.g., FEES or MBSS), preferred.
- Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift: Days.
- Schedule: 5 days per week.
