Residential Home Health and Hospice is a nationally recognized leader in home health and hospice, and a consistent Top Workplace. We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice position providing end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Chicago, IL area. This position is eligible for a $ 10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key milestones during your first year!

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end-of-life care planning
Work independently, but never alone
Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
