New graduate physical therapists with an IPR rotation are welcomed, as are experienced IPR clinicians ready for their next step.

  • Neurologically heavy caseload: stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury (SCI), amputee rehabilitation, and multi-trauma patients
  • PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) through nonprofit hospital employer
  • Manageable patient volume, 4 to 6 patients per day with 60 to 90 minute treatment sessions
  • Roughly 6 contact hours per 8-hour shift, among the lowest productivity expectations in inpatient rehab
  • Use of advanced rehabilitation technology and specialized neurological therapy equipment
  • Private patient rooms and a recently renovated clinical space
  • Tight-knit interdisciplinary team of experienced PTs, OTs, and SLPs
  • Structured mentorship led by senior inpatient rehab clinicians

Schedule:

  • Flexible morning start windows (8 AM to 9 AM)
  • Full-time permanent hospital position

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Generous sign-on bonus structured over a multi-year commitment
  • Sign-on can be redirected to a student loan servicer if preferred
  • Relocation assistance available (receipt-based)
  • PSLF eligible through nonprofit hospital employer
  • Annual merit increases up to 3% plus a Merit Plus performance bonus tied to hospital benchmarks
  • Annual wellness program bonus up to $500
  • Weekend hour differential available
  • CEU support (case-by-case, with emphasis on marketable certifications)
  • 23 days paid time off
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Employer-contributed retirement plan

What We're Looking For:

  • DPT or MPT from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Active or pending applicable state PT license
  • Acute care PTs with a relevant inpatient rotation will also be considered
  • Clinically sharp with a big-picture perspective on patient care
  • Strong communicator across clinical staff, patients, and families
  • Collaborative, team-oriented clinician with a servant-leader mindset
