Our skilled team ensures quality care without sacrificing on ambiance, comfort, or personalization. We receive patients from several area hospitals, including Evangelical, UPMC Susquehanna, Williamsport, and Geisinger.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Monitor and report patient progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and adjustments to care plans as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Pennsylvania
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
