Summary:

The Patient Services Coord I manages patient accounts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of durable supplies and services. Provides information to customers about company products. Acts as a liaison between customers and the company regarding supply sales. Receives and processes patient reimbursement information from patients, physicians, hospitals, and third-party payors. Coordinates patient information and services to ensure clean claims.

Education/Experience:

  • High School or equivalent.

  • 1 year Customer Service and 4 to 6 months clerical skills required.

  • Ability to multi-task in a high call volume environment.

  • Medical terminology strongly preferred.
