Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Facilities & Events Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a Facilities & Events Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Events and Facilities Department, supporting various teams and ensuring the seamless execution of events and facility operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive within our inclusive and collaborative environment.
Job Title: Facilities & Events Coordinator
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Pay Range: $25
What's the Job?
- Assist with the organization and coordination of events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate directly with event sponsors to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Create and close work orders related to facility requests and maintenance tasks.
- Support building operations, including equipment maintenance, inspections, and miscellaneous tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom for effective communication and meeting support, including basic A/V setup and support.
What's Needed?
- 3-4 years of experience in event coordination or facilities support preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Zoom meetings, including basic A/V support skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
