Outpatient Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapist

Advanced Physical Therapy, an outpatient clinic in Guilford, CT, seeks a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one, evidence-based care for orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical patients. In our patient-centered, collaborative environment, you’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop customized treatment plans, deliver hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and educate patients on self-management. You’ll manage a diverse caseload, document in an EMR, coordinate with referring providers, and contribute to quality initiatives while growing clinically through mentoring and team support.
