General Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the team
• Restaurant operations and financial experience -monitor service standards, labor, COGS, inventories, budgeting, scheduling, payroll, ordering
• Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation daily
• Enforce company policies and promote a positive culture
• Evenings, Weekends and Holiday work required

General Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years full wervice restaurant management with at least 3 years as a General Managerrestaurant.
• Must be 21 or older
• Excellent communication skills and strong hands-on leadership ability
• Experience with $2M sales volume or higher
• Have a passion for hospitality
• Bilingual skills preferred
• craft beer knowledge and experience preferred
