Full job description

Hope Network seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver person-centered ABA services within a collaborative, mission-driven team. The BCBA will complete functional assessments, design and oversee behavior intervention plans, and use data-driven decision-making to support individuals with developmental disabilities, neurodiversity, and complex behavioral needs. Responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, training caregivers, maintaining high clinical and ethical standards, and partnering with interdisciplinary professionals to promote independence, skill development, and community inclusion.
