Charge Nurse

Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV is seeking a skilled Charge Nurse (RN) to lead and coordinate nursing care on our acute care units. In this role, you will supervise clinical staff, manage patient flow, support admissions and discharges, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. You will serve as a clinical resource, mentor team members, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
