Stepdown Overflow Registered Nurse

Mission Health in Asheville, NC seeks a Stepdown Overflow Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care for complex, stable patients transitioning from critical care. RNs will monitor cardiac and telemetry patients, manage IV infusions, administer medications, and respond to changes in condition. Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient/family education. Nurses will utilize advanced technology, follow evidence-based protocols, and support throughput from ICU and ED while contributing to a culture of compassion, safety, and continuous improvement.
