Full job description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Range: $25-$38hr depending on experience

Shift: First shift (6:30am-2:30pm) or Third shift (11:30pm-6:30am)

What's the Job?

  • Perform timely repairs on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime
  • Assemble parts and machinery components efficiently
  • Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Assist in preventative and predictive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Complete work orders, logs, and maintenance documentation accurately

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Own basic mechanic tools and carry LOTO locks and radio
  • Welding - Arc and Mig
  • Plumbing
  • Strong safety record and adherence to lock-out/tag-out procedures
  • Ability to work in controlled and uncontrolled temperature environments, including around ovens and furnaces
