Full job description
We are seeking an experienced SCM Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, SAP EWM, and SAP PP, along with strong supply chain and manufacturing transformation experience. The role will lead solution architecture, business transformation, SAP implementations, and AI-enabled supply chain initiatives across complex enterprise environments.
Required Technical/Functional Skills

15+ years of SAP experience, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, SAP EWM, and SAP PP.

Proven experience leading complex Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformation programs.
-
Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle experiences.
-
Minimum 3 application maintenance/support projects across different industries.
-
Strong client-facing consulting experience and ability to drive Fit-to-Standard approaches for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
-
Experience with SAP Signavio and exposure to LeanIX.
-
Strong understanding of S/4HANA technology landscape, migration strategies, and complementary/third-party solutions.

Experience with SAP on-premises, public cloud, and private cloud environments.

Experience developing cloud extensions using SAP BTP/SAP SCP and S/4HANA Cloud, including key-user and side-by-side extensions.

Exposure to AI and GenAI solutions, including embedded AI capabilities within SAP BTP, SAP SCM, and ERP.

Strong manufacturing business process knowledge.

Deep SAP PP expertise covering:

Production and supply planning

Detailed scheduling and leveling

Shop-floor integration and automation

Related manufacturing processes and SAP functional areas

Knowledge of SAP QM, SAP WM/EWM, SAP PM, and SAP ATTP (Track & Trace).

Experience with SAP Fiori and mobility solutions in manufacturing environments.

Experience managing large-scale SAP Plant-to-Inventory and Supply Chain Management transformation engagements.

Understanding of client personas, user journeys, employee experience, and customer experience to design user-centric solutions.

Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Ability to contribute to test planning, functional testing, and defect management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Roles & Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture and design discussions for SAP SCM and manufacturing transformation initiatives.

Assess business and technical requirements and recommend best-in-class solutions by evaluating multiple technologies and architectural approaches.

Design scalable, secure, and integrated SAP S/4HANA and SCM solutions aligned with business objectives.
-
Develop architecture documentation, solution blueprints, technical designs, and implementation plans.

Lead SAP transformation initiatives across supply planning, production planning, warehouse, transportation, and related processes.

Identify opportunities to leverage AI/GenAI and SAP BTP for automation and business process optimization.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and external partners to ensure successful solution delivery.

Provide architectural guidance throughout implementation, migration, integration, testing, and deployment activities.

Support application modernization, cloud adoption, and S/4HANA migration initiatives.

Ensure solutions follow SAP best practices, Fit-to-Standard principles, enterprise architecture standards, and governance requirements.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams.
