With growing Pediatric Surgery demand and the right support in place, this is a great opportunity to work autonomously in academics with a very competitive salary.

The Position:
• Lead a new service line and build a program with great support already in place.
• Independent practice with dedicated anesthesia, pediatric neurosurgery, and pediatric subspecialty support.
• Teaching and mentorship role with residents and medical students.
• Resident night call coverage.

The Opportunity:
• $700,000+ Base Salary Potential.
