Required Cases: Ortho, General, Neuro, Gyn; No spinals, epidurals, or blocks Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: Medical direction Credentialing Timeframe: up to 90 days License required or willing to license: Active Texas License/CSR required
