What You'll Do:As an Air Export Coordinator, you'll manage international air freight shipments from booking through final delivery while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and international regulations. Responsibilities include:
* Coordinate international air export shipments from origin through final delivery
* Prepare and review export documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance
* Book cargo space with airlines and transportation providers
* Coordinate pickups and transportation schedules
* Track shipments and proactively resolve issues
* Communicate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and vendors
* Prepare freight quotations and negotiate transportation rates
* Process billing and maintain shipment records
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the shipping process Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 2 5 years of freight forwarding, logistics, or export experience preferred
* CargoWise experience is a plus
* Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
* High attention to detail
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
