Surgery physician job in North Carolina : Some locum assignments can be as short as a day, others, years. Some are far from home, others are local. Call only coverage -- on-call responsibilities with rounding
Avg per 24-hr call: 4 phone consults, 4 patients seen, 4 admissions
Inpatient hospital setting
Call coverage for unassigned patients
Laparoscopic surgery skills required -- appy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty
Breast surgery, vascular surgery, and plastic surgery skills required
GI endoscopy required -- upper, lower, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy
Pediatric surgery and trauma experience preferred
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.))
