Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a high-performing imaging team. In this role, you will perform complex exams, ensure image quality, and support accurate, timely diagnoses for diverse patient populations. You’ll coordinate daily workflow, mentor sonographers and students, and collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and nurses. Working within Wellstar’s collaborative, patient-focused culture, you’ll participate in quality initiatives, protocol optimization, and continuous learning while supporting community health across care settings.
