Seeking a reliable babysitter for three kids, ages toddler and pre-school

We’re a family of five seeking reliable, caring after-school help for our three kids. I’m home most of the time, so this is supportive help (not a full nanny role). Care will mainly focus on either our 1-year-old or our two girls (ages 3 & 5). ~20 hrs/week • Mon–Thu, 2:00–6:00 pm Partial availability (even just 2 days) is welcome—we can try to cover the rest. Duties: Pick up two kids from school in Green Hills, drive to activities, prepare & serve a simple dinner. Extra hours available for laundry, organizing, or light household tasks if desired.
