We champion a culture of inclusion, innovation, and excellence, ensuring our people have the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive and do their best work.

About the Role:

You will help shape a welcoming, well-run workplace experience for employees and serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day office support. This role balances employee-facing service with workplace coordination, helping employees navigate both physical and digital workplace tools while supporting a positive, engaging office environment.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to keep workplace programs, tools, and office information running smoothly. You will also help track and share simple workplace insights that support planning, space decisions, and ongoing improvements to the employee experience.

  • Provide patient, responsive support for desk bookings, meeting rooms, workplace navigation, and other day-to-day office needs.
  • Help create a positive office experience by identifying pain points and improving how employees interact with the workplace.
  • Support workplace communications, how-to resources, and office updates so employees feel informed and supported.

Workplace Operations & Coordination

  • Help manage and maintain workplace tools such as desk booking, seating, and space management platforms.
  • Troubleshoot routine booking and workplace system issues in partnership with internal teams and vendors when needed.
  • Assist in the coordination of employee engagement events in the office, partnering with facilities, comms, and finance to execute.

Reporting & Insights

  • Track and share regular workplace metrics such as occupancy trends, headcount alignment, and general space usage.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly summaries that help the team understand how offices are being used.
  • Use data at a practical level to support recommendations that improve employee experience, space planning, and workplace operations.
