Outpatient Physical Therapist – Hospital Based | ~8 Patients/Day | $15K Sign-On

• Hospital-based outpatient clinic, non-profit system (Myrtle Beach / coastal SC)
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• $7,500/year toward your loans, up to 7 years

• ~8 patients/day, 1:1 care, no double-booking
• Caseload: active older adults and retirees (joints, shoulders, spine, sports med)
• Flexible scheduling, minimal weekends

About the Physical Therapist Position: Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and have a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual just looking for their next "job," but rather someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and therapy.

Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Prior Outpatient experience required (Not open to new grads at this time)
• Team player who collaborates well with PTAs and other disciplines
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Servant leader mindset
