MedStar Health seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one home care services across Harford County. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and focus on improving mobility, pain, and quality of life for adult and geriatric patients. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and caregivers, educate patients on home exercise and safety, and document care using EMR.
