Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred. Proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and electronic health records preferred. Ability to manage caseloads that include geriatrics, post-operative care, and chronic condition management preferred.
