Maintenance Technician

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to support safe, well-functioning facilities that serve clients across our behavioral health, housing, and family service programs. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment. You’ll respond to work orders, troubleshoot issues, coordinate vendor repairs, and support room setups and minor renovations while following safety and infection control standards. As part of a mission-driven, client-centered team, you’ll help ensure a secure, comfortable environment for clients and staff every day.
