Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center in Grand Junction, CO, seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered therapy for seniors in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care. Working closely with the Occupational Therapist and an interdisciplinary team, you will deliver therapeutic treatments, support personalized care plans, document progress, and educate residents and families to promote safety, function, and independence.
