Salary: $49,400 to $79,000

As a Program Specialist, Donor Growth your impact is vital.
You will provide nationwide support for strategic donor growth initiatives through the development of programs, resources, tools, and support materials that enhance donor engagement and drive organizational growth objectives. This position supports the Senior Director of Business Development by developing scalable solutions, enhancing program effectiveness, and supporting the successful implementation of national donor growth strategies with execution teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
The role focuses on translating strategic priorities into actionable resources, enabling consistent execution across markets, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen donor growth performance and organizational impact.

As a Program Specialist, Donor Growth, you will:
Design, develop, and maintain donor growth resources, including toolkits, playbooks, templates, presentations, and support materials.
Create scalable tools and resources that support donor growth, retention, engagement, and business development objectives.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of national donor growth programs and initiatives.
Translate strategic objectives into practical solutions, resources, and best practices for execution teams.
Develop sales enablement resources and performance support tools that strengthen donor growth efforts across markets.
Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Training, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support organizational growth priorities.
Support the rollout, adoption, and optimization of donor growth programs to ensure consistent execution and effectiveness.
Analyze program performance metrics, stakeholder feedback, and growth trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to strategic projects and process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and program effectiveness.
Serve as a resource and partner for teams seeking guidance, tools, and support related to donor growth initiative
Requirements
Valid in–state driver’s license required.
1-3 years of progressively responsible experience in sales support, program coordination, business development support, donor growth initiatives, or a related field, required.
Experience in sales support, supporting execution teams and departments through the development and implementation of sales tools, resources, and materials designed to support business growth, required.
