Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2070 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Experience with heparin required.

Special Requests: Any past UnityPoint Health employee who was an FTE or PRN member of the UnityPoint Health float pool cannot work travel assignments in another market, regardless of which facility they currently work at or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they previously worked travel at UnityPoint Health rather than as an FTE or PRN employee, this separation policy does not apply.

Unit Details: The assignment is on the 8 SW Neuro-Ortho-Downtown unit. Patient population includes Neuro/Ortho and Med-Surg patients.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. No call.

Floating Requirements: Floating is required to other Med-Surg units. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission
