Encompass Health seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehab care in an inpatient setting. In this role, you’ll evaluate patients recovering from major illness or injury, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, function, and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress in the EMR, educate patients and families, and contribute to discharge planning.
