Speech Language Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment for patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will deliver individualized therapy, develop and update care plans, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, support safe discharge planning, and contribute to a nurturing, high-quality, and patient-centered care environment with strong professional growth opportunities.
