Pediatric LVN

Aveanna Healthcare seeks a Pediatric LVN for weekend or night shifts providing one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes. In this role, you will deliver medication administration, treatments, and monitoring for medically fragile children, including possible trach, vent, and G-tube care. You will document in EMRs, follow individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with families and the clinical team.
