Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 3 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Cannot currently be employed anywhere else on a per-diem basis

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri or Sun-Thurs. Possible on-call on Sundays only. Flexible contract hours: Agency staff may be downstaffed if operational need is not present.

Floating Requirements: Agency staff may be reassigned to an open shift later in the week or floated to another unit or care site within Mount Carmel Health System to maintain the contracted hours.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certifications RCS, ACS, CI
