Headway is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver high-quality virtual care to individuals, couples, and families. In this fully remote role, you’ll conduct assessments, create evidence-based treatment plans, and provide ongoing psychotherapy through our intuitive tech platform. You’ll document care in compliance with clinical and payer standards, collaborate with a supportive clinical and operations team, and leverage data and tools that streamline admin work so you can focus on care.
