REGISTERED NURSE

CarePartners seeks a compassionate Inpatient Hospice Registered Nurse to provide expert end-of-life care in an inpatient setting. This role includes comprehensive assessments, pain and symptom management, medication administration, and individualized care planning for patients with advanced illness. The RN collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary team, supports and educates families, and documents care in the EHR.
