Dental Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Patient Service Representative and Insurance Coordinator to join our dental team. This position is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, positive experience while ensuring the efficient operation of the front office.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquires.
• Schedule, confirm and manage patient appointments.
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Processing financial transactions and insurance claims and prior authorizations.
• Reviewing treatment plans and financial arrangements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a dental office preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling software is a plus. (Dentrix, Dental Intel)
• Attention to detail, strong computer and multitasking abilities.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time - Required 2 Saturday's a month ( every other) with Friday off if Saturday week.

Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour- Dependent on experience
