Assistant Nurse Manager

Novant Health seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to support leadership of an inpatient nursing unit. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations, support staffing and scheduling, and ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care. You will mentor and coach nurses, assist with onboarding and performance feedback, and foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning. The Assistant Nurse Manager partners with the Nurse Manager on quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and process improvements that enhance patient outcomes and overall care experience.
