RN Psychiatric Nurse

HCA Healthcare is seeking an RN Psychiatric Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health care. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with acute and chronic psychiatric conditions. Responsibilities include completing mental health assessments, administering medications, monitoring therapeutic responses, and managing crises using de-escalation techniques. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and families to develop individualized treatment plans, support group and individual interventions, ensure a safe, recovery-focused environment, document accurately, and participate in ongoing education within HCA’s collaborative, learning-focused culture.
