Dialysis RN

HCA Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Dialysis RN to provide specialized care to patients with acute and chronic kidney disease. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement dialysis treatments, monitor patient responses, manage vascular access, and administer medications per protocols. You will collaborate closely with nephrologists, interdisciplinary teams, and families to deliver safe, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include patient education on treatment plans, documenting in the EMR, maintaining equipment and infection control standards, and supporting quality improvement initiatives within a collaborative, learning-focused culture.
