Occupational Therapist Outpatient in Garland, Texas. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans, and working to facilitate patients' return to community activities. The position emphasizes patient safety, regulatory compliance, and professional development within an outpatient clinical setting.

Job Details:

Shift Time: Days, 8 hours per shift

Schedule: 8 hours shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school, 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active applicable license for the state of Texas, lymphedema experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with prior assignments with the organization or agency is highly desired.

Performs comprehensive patient evaluations and develops clinical treatment plans with measurable goals.

Ensures all documentation is accurate, clear, and completed in accordance with organizational, state, federal, and intermediary guidelines.

Participates in student training and professional development activities.

Maintains licensure in good standing and completes all mandated continuing education.

Complies with all organizational performance improvement initiatives, providing feedback and participating in quality enhancement efforts.
