Occupational Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 9 Pay Rate: $129.01 - $139.65
This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Monday Friday 7a-4p
Patients per day: 15-20
Practice Setting: Clinic
Scope: Primary Care
State Licensure: New Jersey State medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified or Eligible, and Department of Transportation (DOT).
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
