Full job description

CRNA (Locum Tenens)

Location: Indiana
Order ID:
Start: ASAP
End: Ongoing
Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM; late room hours noted 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday through Friday); call response time 20 minutes
Setting: Hospital based coverage (on site)
EMR: Cerner

Position Overview

Provide CRNA coverage for a mix of cases including endoscopy, OB, pediatrics, urology, ENT, general surgery, GYN, and orthopedics. Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals is required.

Call Details (as noted)

Every third night call; OB required for call coverage.

Late room coverage is listed as no call.

Required Qualifications

Active Indiana license.

Indiana Patient Compensation Fund enrollment required.

Case logs required, including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks.
