Nursing Assistant

Ontario Center seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. The ADON will assist in supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include staff education, care plan oversight, quality improvement initiatives, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team.
