Full job description

Vanguard is a digital-first company that invests significantly in technology to enable our business goals. Our growth has led to an increased need for talented software engineers, mobile engineers and data engineers. We are looking for highly motivated and passionate co-op students to join full stack teams that will deliver business outcomes rapidly. Here are the 3 co-op openings that we are hiring for:

Application Engineer - Malvern

Mobile Engineer - Philly

AI Engineer - Malvern

This exciting six-month co-op opportunity begins on March 29 for Drexel University students and in January for students from other participating schools.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working alongside talented engineers and contributing to impactful projects from day one.

Qualifications:

  • Non Drexel students must be able to start in January and end in June/July. No exceptions.

  • Must be able to work hybrid model (Monday and Friday option to work from home, Tuesday - Thursday onsite)

  • Pursuing a degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience

  • 0–3 years of developer experience

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Good analysis and problem-solving skills
