Locums - Worcester, Massachusetts, Urology Opening

Clinical Role

Join an established healthcare team in Worcester, Massachusetts, providing inpatient Urology call coverage for an ongoing locums need. This opportunity offers focused hospital-based coverage with a manageable patient volume and a collaborative care environment.

Assignment Details

Coverage Dates: August 21 - August 24October 9 - October 12November 2November 6 - November 9December 11 - December 14

Schedule: Call Only

Practice Setting: Inpatient Hospital Setting

Coverage Details

Call Type: In-House Call

Patient Volume: 2-3 patients per shift

Patient Population: Adult inpatient population

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient Urology coverage
  • Evaluate and manage assigned and unassigned patients
  • Handle admissions as required
  • Provide hospital-based consultative services
  • Collaborate with hospital teams and support staff

Facility Details

  • Hospital Stroke Certified
  • Facility will accept multiple providers
  • Inpatient coverage model

Requirements

  • Board Certified in Urology required
  • Active Massachusetts license required
  • Fellowship preferred
  • ACLS required
  • BLS required
