Physical Therapist Assistant

FOX Rehabilitation seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide evidence-based geriatric rehab in patients’ homes and senior living communities. As part of a clinician-founded, mission-driven team, you’ll deliver functional, one-on-one therapy focused on mobility, safety, and independence. Responsibilities include implementing PT care plans, documenting progress, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and educating patients and caregivers.
