Lead Sonographer

Wellstar Health System seeks a Lead Sonographer to oversee high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. This role performs and coordinates complex imaging exams, supervises and mentors sonography staff, and collaborates closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. The Lead Sonographer ensures adherence to clinical protocols, safety and regulatory standards, and supports ongoing education and process improvement. Working across Wellstar’s hospitals and care sites, this position helps advance community health through accurate imaging and exceptional patient care.
