A growing, plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Houston is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney to step into a high-volume practice with strong support, hands-on experience, and clear earning potential.

About the role:

  • Manage personal injury cases primarily in pre-litigation
  • Handle cases from intake through pre-suit resolution
  • Work closely with case managers and internal support teams
  • Evaluate claims, develop strategy, and negotiate settlements
  • Exposure to a variety of matters (auto, premises, catastrophic, etc.)
  • In-office role (Houston – Greenway Plaza or Clear Lake) with one half-day remote weekly

Qualifications for the role:

  • Licensed attorney in the State of Texas
  • 1–4 years of experience, with some exposure to personal injury preferred
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage cases with a level of independence
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional, coachable, and team-oriented mindset
