Sign-On Bonus $15,000 for eligible candidates
- Performs technical imaging procedures on patients of all age groups, ensuring efficient and courteous care.
- Reports and resolves customer service issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborates with radiology staff and other departments to facilitate coordinated patient care. Utilizes supplies and resources efficiently, recognizing and reporting equipment malfunctions to prevent costly repairs.
- Complies with governing body standards and directives.
- Follows patient identification and verification processes prior to performing exams or procedures.
- Demonstrates evidence of continuous professional development.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to learn and use Radiology software packages, scanners and workstations, and EMR [Required]
- Ability to quickly learn and follow departmental policies and procedures. [Required]
- Maintain all required registries and licenses to perform imaging procedures. [Required]
- Ability to follow basic radiation safety concepts of time, shielding and distance to keep exposure levels as low as reasonably achievable for patients and staff. [Required]
- Ability to complete exams in an acceptable time frame to meet ED/Observation TAT goals. [Required]
- Ability to assess, start and confirm appropriate placement of IV’s for use in CT studies. [Required]
- The ability to assess, explain and perform CT and XR studies on patients of all ages. [Required]
- Ability to learn and complete Reconstructions/Post processing [Required]
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and have good comprehension of conversational English [Required]
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]
- Past Reconstruction/Post processing skills [Preferred]
- Ability to learn and complete Cardiac CTA reconstructions. [Preferred]
Education:
- Associates [Required]
Field of Study:
- Radiology
Work Experience:
- 1+ of CT experience [Preferred]
- 1+ technical experience in CT and X-Ray [Required]
- 2+ of X-Ray experience [Preferred]
- 3+ technical experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) [Required] OR Registered Technologist - Radiography RT(R)(ARRT) [Required] OR American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Computed Tomography RT(CT)(ARRT) [Required] AND
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:
