• 12-hour shifts -- 7 am - 7 pm days or 7 pm - 7 am nights
• 10 - 15 patients per day
• Adult ICU -- MICU or SICU setting
• Responsible for one unit only
• Arterial and central lines required
• Ongoing coverage -- 1 - 2 weeks per month
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
