We are seeking a motivated Chemical Engineering Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, offering opportunities to work alongside industry professionals while contributing to projects that support operational excellence, process improvement, safety, and sustainability initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Assist with troubleshooting manufacturing processes and equipment performance issues.
- Participate in safety, environmental, and quality improvement initiatives across the operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement practical engineering solutions.
What Are We Looking For
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and apply engineering principles in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Demonstrated initiative, organization, and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
- Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and learning in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Work Environment
- Work is performed in a combination of office, laboratory, and industrial plant settings.
- Regular interaction with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering personnel.
- Exposure to manufacturing equipment, varying temperatures, dust, noise, and other industrial conditions.
- Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required when working in operational areas.
