Clinical Nurse Coordinator

St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Intermediate Care (IMC) unit. This role provides clinical leadership at the bedside, coordinating patient care for a diverse, high-acuity population. Responsibilities include assessing and prioritizing patient needs, overseeing nursing workflows, supporting evidence-based practice, and serving as a clinical resource and preceptor. The Coordinator collaborates closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, promotes a safe, patient-centered environment, and participates in quality initiatives, staff education, and process improvement to support excellent outcomes and team well-being.
